Halloween Horror Nite: Thoughts & Impressions

Last month, I was invited to attend Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights for the first time with my friends. I instantly said yes, knowing this would be a fun night and a great way to catch up. Why I Set Boundaries

The best thing I learned in therapy was the importance of setting boundaries. It’s tough and uncomfortable at times, but I practice it in an act of radical self-love and respect. I’ve learned to say no, communicate my feelings, and stand up for myself.
