Happy New Year! I hope the new year brings positivity, happiness, and love to you all!

It’s already 2019, yet we still have 2018 merchandise in our store, my head is still stuck in 2017, and my $2.99 sweater from Company D still says 2016.

I’m looking forward to adopting healthier habits, reaching my career goals (or at least, getting closer to reaching them), trying new things, traveling more often, and of course, going on new adventures here in SoCal.

2018 was definitely a tough year, but I’m so so so proud of my accomplishments. I graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology (!!!!!), being the first in my family to do so; recieved a second amazing internship with The Walt Disney Company; and have been living on my own in SoCal for 5 months! None of this was easy, but I firmly believe in the phrase “persistence pays off.” I will continue working hard and striving to achieve my goals within the new year, no matter how hard or impossible they may seem.

I have been taking this holiday season “off” of blogging to enjoy the last few days I have with my roommates before the program ends, but I look forward to blogging and keeping you all updated!
