I hope old Saint Nick leaves me a peppermint stick! Just kidding, I’m not the biggest fan of peppermint. The design of day 22 of my advent calendar just reminded me of the song. 

J my favorite: Donald Duck! He’s dressed up from his musical movie spectacular The Three Caballeros  (1944). I haven’t seen the film (yet!) but I know a little about it from my visits to The Walt Disney Family Museum. I know that Walt Disney visited South America with some artists to gain inspiration for the film. One of them was Mary Blair, one of my favorite concept artists.

I love that he’s still wearing his signature blue color underneath his serape.
